Possessing more than 40 years of professional excellence in information technology, cybersecurity and computer systems, Raymond Robert Duzik currently serves as a senior cyber security analyst for Connecticut Children’s. He has maintained responsibility for designing and implementing new security systems for the noted Connecticut-based specialty care organization, including the protection of computer networks from cyberattacks, security breaches and similar issues. Credited with protecting Connecticut Children’s from all security breaches since he joined the organization in 2018, Mr. Duzik is especially gratified by the support and coordination of all colleagues in the information technology department, which has safeguarded sensitive, confidential hospital and patient records. Earlier in his career, he served in technology-related roles with Hartford HealthCare, the Computer Sciences Corporation and the Connecticut Bank & Trust Co., where he served in numerous technical departments between 1984 and 2000. Mr. Duzik holds certifications as an information systems security professional (CISSP) and a Novell engineer (CNE) and is a United States Navy veteran, through which he served as a torpedo and missile fire control technician. Decorated with several military accolades, he earned two Meritorious Service Citations and a Connecticut Veteran’s Medal.
