Harry H. Kazakian, a well-regarded name in investigative and legal support services, is the founder, president and chief executive officer of USA Express Legal & Investigative Services Inc. Established in Woodland Hills, California, in 1998, the company hones its attention on risk control and the investigation of accidents and wrongful deaths, with special attention on ensuring justice for victims, survivors and their families. At the company’s helm, Mr. Kazakian also serves as a claims adjuster and private investigator. Impressively, his company developed a novel mobile application, USA Legal Intake, to drive client information into process servers and the files of private investigators to help legal professionals with new client retention and intake services. USA Legal Intake has access to every California county, as well as many counties across Arizona and Texas, with plans to expand nationwide. Previously, Mr. Kazakian served as an emergency medical technician and first responder in Los Angeles and was a high-exposure claims adjuster for the Automobile Club of Southern California. To honor his success in emergency medical services, he and his team were recognized as Ambulance Team of the Year by Chief Allan Stone of the Glendale Fire Department in 1987.
