Kelly Murray, an esteemed educator, specialist in trauma nursing and business owner, is supported by 30 years of professional excellence. Since 2023, she has thrived as an adjunct professor at Howard Community College, where she oversees second-semester nursing students in the acute care hospital setting to prepare them for bedside nursing. Concurrently, she is affiliated with the forensics department at Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center, conducting examinations and photographing evidence to document forensics to aid victims, survivors and their families if they pursue legal action. Likewise, Ms. Murray serves as an end-of-life doula. As an extension of her doula responsibilities, she has owned Stitch Your Legacy since 2023, through which she creates legacy projects to promote a sense of community by fostering holistic practices. A former palliative care nurse, she possesses decades of expertise in critical care and trauma nursing, underscoring her pronounced skillset in the health care sector. Engaged with her community and the local Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Murray emphasizes the importance of service to the community and society. She holds an associate degree in nursing from Anne Arundel Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
