Svetlin Todorov is well-regarded as the co-founder and chief executive officer of Shelly USA, the American branch of Shelly that offers products with intelligent, innovative Internet-of-Things (IoT) applications for electrical systems and circuits. Assuming his role in 2019, Mr. Todorov has leveraged his experience in telecommunications, media, advertising and technology to fulfill his responsibilities, overseeing Shelly USA’s business partnerships. Earlier in his career, he founded an international advertising agency focused on fast-moving consumer goods in 1997, and subsequently, became a co-founder of Teracomm, where he later escalated to the ranks of shareholder and chief executive officer by 2004. Notably, Mr. Todorov became the chief executive officer of Teracomm’s U.S.-based division, Global Teracomm, between 2010 and 2019. Thereafter, Teracomm was restructured into Allterco Holding Company BG, where Mr. Todorov was the chief executive officer from 2010 to 2023. Concurrently, he served as chief executive officer of Allterco Robotics US from 2019 to 2023. Highly educated, Mr. Todorov holds a Master of Business Administration from The Open University in London, which he earned in 1998. Born in Bulgaria, he immigrated to the United States in 2012. Looking forward, he aims to pass down his legacy and begin a new business venture.
