Dr. Timothy W. Cooke, the president and chief executive officer at ASI Government, is well-versed in consulting services, particularly government business operations. In his roles since 2017, he has also served as the president of the consulting division of ASI Government since 2013. As part of his routine responsibilities, Dr. Cooke engages with senior government officials and delegates internal management tasks to colleagues. Assuming the majority ownership of ASI Government in February 2017, he is particularly proud of the consultancy’s growth under his leadership and emphasizes the skills of his team and the clientele whom they serve. Earlier in his career, Dr. Cooke served as vice president at SRA International between 1998 and 2013, where he formerly served as principal and senior principal between 1992 and 1998. Likewise, he was a senior economist at the Center for Naval Analyses from 1985 to 1991. He commenced his career in 1979 as an assistant professor of economics at Rice University, where he remained until 1984. Dr. Cooke holds a Doctor of Philosophy in economics from Johns Hopkins University. To attest to his success, he was named to the Fed 100 by FCW in 2020 and earned the Collaboration Award from ACT-IAC in 2021.
