Dr. Janice Hall, the director of curriculum development and complex case management at TimelyCare, is a leading expert in psychology and family therapy. With over 30 years of experience, she has cemented her professional legacy, managing a team of counselors serving clients across 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. As part of her responsibilities, Dr. Hall collaborates on the facilitation of counseling sessions and manages educational opportunities. She has also taught the concept of resilience to various mental health professionals and providers. Previously employed with TimelyCare as the executive director of mental health, she owned and served as acting chief executive officer of Family Christian Resources between 2008 and 2020. Likewise, she was the executive director of the Richland Hills Counseling Center from 2002 to 2008 and currently serves on the board of Christian Works for Children. Dr. Hall holds a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, a Master of Science in psychology and a Doctor of Philosophy in counseling psychology from the University of North Texas. Additionally, she is trained in clinical neuropsychology at the doctoral and postdoctoral levels. Looking ahead, she aims to publish a book on resilience to help readers overcome personal challenges.
