Dr. Kumapley Lartevi, a family medicine physician at The Convenient Clinic, is a rising leader in the medical industry with over 10 years of experience. Focusing on preventive medicine, Dr. Lartevi primarily practices as an urgent care and primary care physician in the Washington, D.C., area, with keen attention paid to underserved and marginalized communities. Noting his passion for working with patients in impoverished areas, as he feels it is an area largely neglected in medical circles, Dr. Lartevi previously worked for Kaiser Permanente, MedStar, MedExpress and Patient First. Notably, he also completed an emerging infectious diseases fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, leveraging molecular techniques to aid in eradicating poliovirus.
