Harry H. Kazakian, the founder, president and chief executive officer of USA Express Legal & Investigative Services Inc., is a celebrated figure in catastrophic injury incident investigations and legal support services. Focused on risk control and accident and wrongful death investigations, Mr. Kazakian emphasizes the significance of attaining justice for survivors, victims and their families. Establishing the firm in 1998, Mr. Kazakian and his team recently launched the mobile application USA Legal Intake to aid attorneys and other legal professionals with client retention and investigation requests. In this regard, USA Legal Intake funnels client information onto secure process servers and the files of private investigators. With access to every California state county and numerous counties in Arizona and Texas, the application will soon be shared nationwide. From a formative age, Mr. Kazakian felt drawn to the private investigation industry and received a private investigator’s certificate from the School of Private Investigations in 2001. He is also a licensed independent adjuster, licensed private investigator and certified criminal defense investigator. Previously, he was an EMT and first responder in Los Angeles from 1982 to 1997, a tenure he describes as a career highlight. Moving forward, he remains committed to ensuring justice for those in need.
