Jessica C. Ashley is the founder and chief executive officer of JC & Ashley Counseling, a mental health clinic that has been providing community-based crisis intervention and response services to clients since 2023. She holds a Master of Arts in human services from Liberty University with a concentration in marriage and family therapy. Her career spans more than 15 years of diverse behavioral health expertise, including clinical work and serving as the director of several mental health agencies.
Ms. Ashley considers opening JC & Ashley Counseling, LLC, her greatest accomplishment. It has been featured in local media outlets as an innovator in accessible care. She is proud to consult with other providers and agencies to help remove barriers to receiving mental health care and to create opportunities for providers to open clinics. Within the next five years, Ms. Ashley plans to expand her reach to serve clients in Texas and beyond while adding a broader range of services to better support her clients.
