Andrew Pagsisihan is a health sector executive and innovator in the field of home health and hospice care. As the chief operating officer of All Care Provider, he oversees the company’s goal of providing cost-effective “high-tech, high-touch” care. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from California State Polytechnic University and began his journey with All Care Provider in 1998 as an operations manager. He spent three years as a research and design manager for Belkin designing telehealth solutions before returning to All Care in a variety of information technology roles including chief technology and information officer.

In addition to his industry roles, Mr. Pagsisihan is a fierce policy advocate for home health care as the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services Health Care Coalition representative for home health and hospice and a member of the board of the California Association for Health Services at Home. He remains dedicated to expanding access and promoting the home health care model and is proud of his role in driving progress in the field.
