Arnie Creinin is the co-founder, president and chief executive officer of Coastal Lifestyles Inc., a luxury vacation property rental and management company that offers clients a full range of concierge services. As a hospitality industry veteran, he began his vocational journey in 1980 as a sous chef for Americana Hotels and Marriott Hotels, rising to become the executive chef at Americana Royal Resort in 1987. Mr. Creinin was named the food and beverage director of the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa in 1992 and departed in 2001 to offer clients his high-end hospitality management expertise as a consultant. Since 2004, Mr. Creinin has focused on expanding and managing Coastal Lifestyles, earning distinction from Vacation Padre Magazine and being named South Padre Island Rental Agency of the Year for 15 years. He was also recognized as Executive of the Year and Top CEO of the Year. As a unique regional voice, Mr. Creinin is a member of the board of directors of the South Padre Island Convention and Visitors Bureau and a frequent participant in community-building activities. In addition, he is a successful restaurateur, having owned two gourmet Italian trattorias, Gabriella’s Italian Grill and Pizzeria and Gabriella’s Express.
