Connie L. Doyle, the senior director of software engineering at Sagent M&C LLC, is highly regarded for her professional excellence of nearly 30 years. Joining Sagent M&C LLC in 2022, she was initially recognized as a director of software engineering, where she applied her industry expertise to software development processes. Promoted to her current role in 2023, she is responsible for overseeing one of the company’s software packages, ensuring that all processes are completed effectively and that updates are timely to retain software functionality. Previously, Ms. Doyle served in several roles with Mr. Cooper for over 15 years, during which time, she garnered significant expertise and experienced professional growth. Earlier, she worked with various consulting and manufacturing companies dating to 1996. While working for Information Alternatives, she was bestowed with the organization’s President’s Award in 1997. Furthermore, Ms. Doyle earned a “Breakfast with Jay” award from a senior colleague in 2018. Attributing her success to her desire to assist and empower others in their skills, she aims to continue encouraging her teams to foster an empowered, inclusive corporate environment. Ms. Doyle holds an associate degree in data processing from Kentucky Technical College.
