Dennis F. Glaser is an engineer, inventor, and executive who has focused on his work as president and CEO of Silentium since 2017. For more than four decades, he has created innovation across sectors and is best known for developing a chemical additive that protects polymers and cement from sun damage and fading. Before launching Silentium to market its patented namesake snoring and sleep apnea treatment, Mr. Glaser spent 30 years with Mesa Industries, leading the company through a period of major growth and the creation of its most iconic product lines.

Created to address the root causes of snoring, Silentium contains a proprietary blend of minerals developed by Mr. Glaser’s daughter. While working toward further expanding the company’s profile, Mr. Glaser has explored other business avenues including an award-winning vineyard. Reflecting on his career, he credits his success to ingenuity and creativity and he looks forward to continuing to grow the Silentium business for years to come.
