Elenida “Ida” Veliu is the owner and president of the Ohio Brewing Company Columbus, a brewery and restaurant that has been a cornerstone of the Columbus dining scene since 2022. Originally opened as a joint venture with her late husband, Ohio Brewing Company Columbus built on a career-long record of excellence in the food and beverage industry. Ms. Veliu is proud to continue to build the establishment’s reputation as a place of connection for her staff and for the community and she remains committed to providing a welcoming community space centered around high-quality dishes and drinks. 

Ms. Veliu credits her success to her integrity, resiliency, and ability to build relationships with others from all walks of life. She looks forward to taking on the challenges of a changing industry in the coming years and remains confident in her leadership and in her ability to unite others around common goals. Outside her work as the owner of Ohio Brewing Company Columbus, Ms. Veliu is a proud parent, an avid runner, and an active member of her faith community.
