As the shareholder and founder of Musgrove Law Firm, P.C., H. Len Musgrove Jr., Esq., has specialized in corporate and tax law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Established in Dallas in 2012, Musgrove Law Firm maintains a special interest in corporate law, including such services as real estate and property law, intellectual property, business and aviation. As part of his routine responsibilities, Mr. Musgrove manages the firm’s daily operations, oversees the legal team, fosters new business and caters to his clients, which includes tailored approaches to their individual needs. Recognized as an AV-Rated Preeminent Attorney via Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Musgrove holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oklahoma, earned in 1986. Previously, he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and business from Southern Methodist University in 1981. Before helming Musgrove Law Firm, Mr. Musgrove served as the managing partner at Bellinger & DeWolf, LLP between 1997 and 2012. Likewise, he worked as a certified public accountant and an oil and gas audit specialist at the Dallas office of Ernst & Young LLP (formerly Ernst & Whinney). Currently, Mr. Musgrove is lecturing extensively on the Corporate Transparency Act to train business executives.
