A leader in the field of investigative services, Harry H. Kazakian excels as the president and chief executive officer of USA Express Legal & Investigative Services, through which he also operates as a claims adjuster and private investigator. Bolstered by a rich background in health care, he previously served as an emergency medical technician (EMT) with Professional Ambulance in Los Angeles and Glendale Counties, California. Although suffused with several achievements, Mr. Kazakian is particularly proud of his tenure as an EMT, as well as his experiences in bringing justice to injured parties through USA Express Legal & Investigative Services. Throughout his career, he has earned a myriad of certifications, including a private investigator’s certificate, a license in phlebotomy and a certificate in criminal defense investigation. Likewise, he is a licensed independent claims adjuster and licensed private investigator, having further completed training in medical assistance. Mr. Kazakian spends much of his time conducting accident scene investigations for personal injury cases to resolve liability issues. For his success, he was honored with the Ambulance Team of the Year Award from Chief Allan Stone of the Glendale Fire Department in 1987, as well as several plaques in recognition of his community service.
