Since 1995, Ms. Comstock-Jones has been the president of Gallifrey Enterprises, where she specializes in contingency and disaster planning consulting for companies and business owners. She brings more than four decades of experience in information technology and business administration to her work, including eight years with the American Red Cross in Columbus, Ohio, serving as Director of IT and Assistant Director of the organization. Ms. Comstock-Jones holds a Bachelor of Science from Rio Grande College and a Master of Science from Tiffin University and began her career in 1979 as a fiscal officer for the county government of Columbus. She credits her success to an innate curiosity and her desire to decrease the human impact of emergencies instead of simply reducing costs, a quality that sets her apart from other contingency consultants. Ms. Comstock-Jones is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of the USA, the longtime president of the Central Ohio Driving Association, and the former director of the National Standardbred Pleasure Horse Organization. She has completed postgraduate coursework throughout her career and looks forward to pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy in global leadership.
