Joanne Fern, the owner of J&S Operated Equipment Rentals in Palmdale, California, leverages over 30 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur. Founding the company in 1993 with her husband, Scott, Ms. Fern provides excavating, demolition and grading services to local businesses and individuals.
