KayLonni D. Bradley is the director of food safety and quality assurance at Seaboard Foods, where she has built her career for the last 13 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in food science from Kansas State University and began working with Seaboard Foods in 2012 as a production supervisor. In 2016, she rose to become a regulatory food safety manager, followed by a 2021 promotion to food safety and quality assurance manager, and has held her current role since 2022.

Ms. Bradley oversees more than 125 staff dedicated to ensuring that Seaboard Foods meets all internal and regulatory compliance standards. As a young woman in a male-dominated industry, she aspires to be an example and mentor to others as she continues her professional ascent. Outside her work in food safety, Ms. Bradley raises show lambs and is active in 4-H as an extension board member and youth leader.
