Mr. Alberti is the retired Chief Financial Officer for Young Life, where he spent more than a decade holding leadership roles including senior vice president of services. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics and a Master of Arts in business from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, and spent more than 25 years as a finance executive, where he developed a reputation for managing major corporate turnarounds. Before joining Young Life in 1999, Mr. Alberti was an executive for Chase Manhattan Bank, Avis, Inc., and Midland Bank, where he spearheaded growth in the global custody business following a challenging international acquisition. Prior to beginning his financial career, Mr. Alberti served proudly in the United States Air Force in Vietnam, earning both a Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service and a Commendation Medal for Outstanding Achievement before retiring at the rank of Captain. In 2005, Mr. Albert was awarded a Master of Arts in Teaching in theology from the Fuller Theological Seminary, and he consulted for Christian organizations throughout the 2000s. He remains active in community service and sits on the board of the Military Community Youth Ministry and the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association, among others.
