Professor Kyriacos Chris Skevas, CPA, is the owner and founder of Kyriacos Chris Skevas CPA PLLC, a full-service firm that has provided clients with taxation, accounting, financial planning, audit support, and consulting services since 1991. In addition to his work in industry, Mr. Skevas is a professor of real estate accounting and taxation at New York University, where he has been a faculty member since 2020. He builds on more than three decades of teaching expertise at St. John’s University and the New York Institute of Technology and has received awards for his teaching in addition to being named top professor in the school of professional studies.
His career has included work for Manhattan and Long Island firms, in industry as a comptroller for a large construction company, and three years as assistant to the American Institute of CPAs. Reflecting on his achievements, he considers his education to be the core of his success and is he is proud to continue to support the next generation of accounting professionals as a professor and mentor.
