Dr. Leontine Narcisse-Ogera is the senior vice president of scientific services at eNOVA, an IQVIA company, where she brings nearly 15 years of expertise in healthcare administration and clinical practice. She holds both an MD and a PhD in neuropathology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and began her career with a fellowship in surgical critical care in 2009. She moved from clinical practice to health care leadership as the assistant medical director of Health Science Communications before going on to hold director-level roles at ClinicalMind and ProHealth, culminating in two years of success as senior scientific director at Alligent Group and two years as executive director of scientific communications at Vaniam Group.

Dr. Narcisse-Ogera credits her success to her diverse background, spanning surgical practice, pharmaceutical consulting, and executive management, and the unique perspective it has given her on the healthcare industry. She looks forward to continuing her work in establishing eNOVA’s medical communications processes as a part of IQVIA and remains dedicated to creating patient-centered and provider-supportive healthcare processes and experiences.
