Linda Stone

Owner | City Flowers and Gifts

Linda Stone is a small business leader who has proudly owned and operated City Flowers & Gifts since 1999. As the community’s premier provider of custom floral arrangements for all occasions, City Flowers & Gifts has created arrangements for events and touring celebrities and has been featured in local media outlets. A veteran entrepreneur, Ms. Stone took over Ramberg’s Bakery at the age of 20, learning both the art of baking and the science of management on the job. After 19 years of success, she attended the American Floral Art School in Chicago after a spot in their course opened unexpectedly, leading her to her current career.

In recent years, Ms. Stone has continued to explore new creative endeavors, including writing a series of children’s books about her dogs. She is currently the author of four books, most recently “Teddy’s Spaghetti,” and plans to continue writing. In addition to her other responsibilities, Ms. Stone is active in her community as a volunteer instructor, teaching cake decorating, writing workshops, and floral arrangements, and donates her time to numerous local charities.
