Dr. Lori Ann Colineri has dedicated nearly two decades of her career to improving patient outcomes through nursing leadership and healthcare administration. Since 2021, she has served as chief nursing officer at JFK University Medical Center, overseeing all nursing care across specialties and ensuring financial accountability and interdepartmental collaboration. Under her guidance, the facility earned prestigious magnet hospital status, an achievement she considers a professional highlight.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Colineri served as chief nursing officer and senior vice president at RWJBarnabas Health and Hackensack Meridian Health. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Monmouth University and has been presented with numerous awards for her contributions to her field. Dr. Colineri credits her success to her authenticity, unique leadership style and the influence of her many professional mentors. She looks forward to continuing her clinical work while expanding her mentorship and consulting responsibilities within the next decade.
