Miriam R. Hamilton is the senior director of federal procurement at Jacobs Solutions, Inc., where she brings more than 25 years of professional expertise. A seasoned professional in her field, Ms. Hamilton oversees procurement and compliance for national companies, including managing subcontractors and communications with internal and external clients. She began her career with Jacobs Solutions in 2005, joining the company as a federal procurement professional before rising to senior supervisor, deputy director, and director roles. Prior to joining Jacobs Solutions, Ms. Hamilton established herself as a project and construction coordinator for DelWest Holdings and a consultant and business analyst for Dell Technologies, among other roles.

Her diverse experience lent Ms. Hamilton a unique perspective on contract management that emphasized building strong partnerships and embedding compliance into every step of the process.
