Dr. Monib A. Zirvi is a distinguished dermatologist, researcher and educator who has accrued 20 years of expertise in his industry. Serving as a dermatologist at Summit Health in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, he has also lent his comprehensive knowledge to the Atlantic Health Group Overlook Medical Center as an attending dermatologist and to Weill Cornell Medicine in New York as an adjunct clinical instructor. Equally dedicated to research and diagnostics, he has authored and co-authored a myriad of articles in esteemed medical journals and holds more than 10 patents in his field. He is recognized as a leading investigator in cancer detection based on DNA. In light of his success, Dr. Zirvi has won numerous accolades, having been recognized as a Top Doctor by U.S. News & World Report, New Jersey Monthly and New York Metro Area’s Castle Connolly. Furthermore, in 2011, he accepted the Patient’s Choice Award, and in 2003, he received the Beerman-Johnson Resident Research Award from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Dr. Zirvi holds dual Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Medicine degrees from Weill Cornell Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Princeton University. He also completed an internship and residency in dermatology.
