Olga L. Morales, the founder and chief executive officer of VIBRANT FC, is highly regarded for her 25 years of expertise in residential care. VIBRANT FC (Victory in Belonging, Resilience and Natural Transition Foster Children’s) is a nonprofit organization that empowers foster children by providing essential resources, personalized coaching services, financial education and luggage to ensure every child’s successful transition from the foster care system to adulthood. In this regard, Ms. Morales’ vision is to cultivate environments in which children in foster care feel supported and properly equipped to achieve their full potential. Alongside her executive roles at VIBRANT FC, Ms. Morales has served in ownership roles at Noah’s Adult Home, Geneva’s Home, Calla Lily Care Services and Sunflower ARF Inc. Holding a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Odesa I. I. Mechnykov National University, she relocated to Canada and the United States in search of job opportunities. There, she served as a residential care facility manager, working with 12 clients with developmental disabilities, an experience that opened her eyes to the benefits of being an advocate. In light of her success, Ms. Morales was twice nominated for the Kennedy Award for Best Care Providers by the Inland Regional Center in 1999 and 2003.
