With expertise in consulting and engineering, Dr. Susan O. Schall has leveraged more than 20 years’ experience to apply to her work as the founder and lead consultant of SOS Consulting LLC. Established in 2004, SOS Consulting is well-regarded for transforming small U.S. manufacturing workplaces into places that work for all to compete today and tomorrow. Adjacent to her primary profession, she is an authorized partner of John Wiley & Sons Inc., Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Everything DSC. She also provides consulting on ABET accreditation after serving on the ABET board of directors and the ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission. Dr. Schall is dedicated to cultivating healthy organizations and teams, which in turn create healthier communities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from SUNY Fredonia and a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in industrial engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. In addition, she is an ASQ Certified Engineer, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, and certified in the Six Types of Working Genius. She was elected a fellow of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, which bestowed upon her its Medallion Award in 2018.
