Dr. Susan O. Schall, the founder and lead consultant of SOS Consulting LLC, is highly regarded for her commitment to organizational change and transformation in the manufacturing sector. Leveraging more than three decades of expertise in business consulting, project management and strategic improvement, Dr. Schall is dedicated to helping small to medium-sized U.S. manufacturers flourish and succeed in today’s economy. Notably, she has worked closely with organizations in the chemical, nonprofit and education industries, among others, to guide them in developing and executing strategic improvement plans through proven methodologies, such as Six Sigma and collaborative problem-solving. Dr. Schall is also a certified Six Types of Working Genius Facilitator and a PROCI Certified Change Practitioner. Previously, she served as a consulting engineer and technical superintendent at DuPont and the continuous improvement methodology director at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Inc. To attest to her success, Dr. Schall earned the Medallion Award from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) in 2018, which named her a fellow in 2020. A longstanding member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), she is also an at-large board member of the International Statistical Engineering Association (ISEA).
